Refund policy

DO YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
Sometimes things happen! We offer exchanges and returns on all full price merchandise within 14 days at the shipping cost of the purchaser. The item must be unwashed and appear unused.  All sale items (purchased with discount codes) are final sale, no exchange or return. We highly encourage you to check the sizing chart or get in contact for sizing consultation. We will refund you the difference (minus shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that there are some exclusions including underwear, which is final sale and cannot be returned due to personal hygiene issues.

To process any return, you must have return pre-approval. To request for a return pre-approval, please e-mail info@evelinethelabel.com with 1) your order number, and 2) your reason for return. After receiving an e-mail confirming your return pre-approval and return instructions, please proceed with sending your purchase back to us within the 14-day return window.
